Scholarships 2011

Publications Award

The TICA will award any member who has an article* published in journal 'Healthcare Infection' $250 (Dec 2010 to Nov 2011)

The TICA will award any member who has a letter to the Editor published in journal 'Healthcare Infection' $50 (Dec 2010 to Nov 2011) 

  • Limit one per person. Max of three $250 amounts awarded in the case of an article and two $50 amounts in the case of letters to the Editor.
  • The article must be a major article, not a case study or case report.

Professional Development Scholarship - $1000

Open to TICA members to assist them in undertaking professional development. Applications closed.

    Research Scholarship - $2500

    Awarded to a TICA member to undertake a research project. Research must be related to HAIs and undertaken in Tasmania. Applications closed.

    TICA Conference Poster - $100

    $100 will be offered to TICA members who have a poster accepted and displayed during the TICA conference 2011. Applications open. Only one grant per poster, awarded to lead author.
